Quisine by Guy Savoy, the Michelin starred chef’s first venture in the Middle East, presents an entirely unique gastronomic experience.
The restaurant provides diners with a tantalising menu offering a number of Guy Savoy’s signature dishes, including the artichoke and black truffle soup, the crispy sea bass and the line-caught whiting with caviar while, in keeping with his surroundings, Guy Savoy has also incorporated hints of local flavours into his cuisine. In addition, two exquisite tasting menus are available to allow diners to enjoy the very best of what Quisine by Guy Savoy has to offer.
The Anvil Rooms
Located at the top of one of West Bay’s most iconic towers allows customers to enjoy a truly unique setting combined with classic steakhouse cuisine. The Anvil Rooms is open for lunch and dinner throughout the week. Heading up the kitchen is executive chef Stuart Collins, who trained under Gordon Ramsay and Michael Caines, and who has worked in a number of Michelin-starred restaurants in both the UK and USA. The team reporting into Collins is made up of talented chefs from a number of countries around the world.
La Varenne, a French brasserie offering classic French cuisine in a contemporary setting, is now officially open on the 28th floor of Tornado Tower in West Bay. Inspired by cuisine served to diners in a traditional Parisian brasserie, the menu consists of French dishes such as chicken liver and foie gras parfait, bouillabaisse, steak frites, duck a l’orange and pot-au-feu. In addition, simpler bites including croque-madame, Puy lentil salad, and French onion soup are available. Heading up the kitchen is executive chef Stuart Collins, who trained under Gordon Ramsay and Michael Caines, and who has worked in a number of Michelin-starred restaurants in both the UK and USA. The rest of the kitchen team consists of talented chefs from France and around the world.
